Come meet our feathery neighbors with local birder and poet Indigo Goodson-Fields. After we finish birdwatching, eco-futurist designer Lily Saporta Tagiuri will lead us in constructing salvaged-material bird feeders to nourish our new friends. Everyone will leave with the bird feeder they create.

We will meet in Prospect Park at 11:30am where Indigo will guide us down paths and help us identify the birds we come across. When we are done birdwatching we will gather at a picnic blanket to craft and gossip (about the cute birds we met).

Note on accessibility: The route includes some paved road, gravel, grass and slight inclines. The route is approximately 1.5 miles and there will be opportunities to rest and bathroom access. The route is amenable based on need.
